We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you explicitly upload it. We do not access your data for our own purposes.

We use data strictly to provide and maintain the Service, manage projects, workers, and tools, and ensure security. We do not sell personal data, use your data for advertising, or profile your employees.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We only share data with cloud hosting and infrastructure providers bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.

We retain data as long as your account is active or until you delete your data. Data is deleted after account termination within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Mobile App Permissions

Permissions are used only for app functionality and never for tracking.

10. Tracking & Analytics

We do not use data for tracking users across apps or websites. We do not run third-party advertising.

Each third-party service may process data according to their own privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published inside the App or on our website. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvelarPro and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

14.3. Financial Calculations

Any financial calculations, budget tracking, or reporting features within the App are provided as tools for assistance only. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data and calculations before making any business or payment decisions.

15. Data Accuracy and Loss

During the beta testing period, we reserve the right to perform technical maintenance that may result in temporary service unavailability or, in rare cases, data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of their critical business records.
